Sometimes we need more than just a chocolate chip cookie. Sometimes we need chocolate chocolate chip cookies. It's a chocolate cookie filled with chocolate chips - double the chocolate in a soft cookie.
I am a regular old chocolate chip cookie fan. But every once in a while I am really craving chocolate! Today that craving kicked in and I decided to put a twist on the classic and made these cookies!
They definitely took care of my chocolate craving - for today anyway!

They look soooo good - I might even prefer double chocolate cookies to regular choc chip... ok, nevermind, I can't decide. But these sound amazing 🙂
Kathy says
No need to decide! Just make one of each kind and be happy!
Kim | Low Carb Maven says
OH.MY.WORD! A cross between a brownie and a cookie?! I can't stand it. You know, I'm convinced that my father was the original "cookie monster" and people have always said that I take after my dad... I love cookies like no other dessert! And wouldn't you know that on a low carb diet all of the cookies have the consistency of cake? Foodpxrn like this should be outlawed! Thanks for a great recipe and crazy delicious photos.
ami@naivecookcooks says

I am always up for more chocolate. I used to gobble up chocolate chocolate chip cookies when I was a kid. I need three of these, a big glass of milk while sitting on the porch. Sounds like heaven!

I still nibble on chocolate chips for a quick bit of chocolate....without my kids knowledge 🙂
