These Ginger Cookies are so full of flavor! Lots of ground ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves are added to the dough.
Perfect for adding to your Christmas cookie tray.
These Ginger Cookies are delicious! They are a fairly thick cookie with a crisp exterior and a chewy middle.
I really love the spice in these cookies. The main flavor is ginger, of course and it really shines through.
Perfect for eating one (or two) with a cup of coffee, a glass of milk or a glass of eggnog.

The Christmas season doesn't officially begin until the ginger cookies come out of the oven! 🙂 This recipe sounds fantastic with all of the ginger and baking spices. I'm craving one right now - I think it would go great with a cup of coffee in the morning! (Yes, cookie for breakfast. That's how I roll during the holidays.)
