Italian sausages in the oven

Baking Italian sausages is my new favorite method for cooking sausages. My go-to method used to be on the stovetop in a frying pan or on the grill. The frying pan gives good results, but it's messy and you have to turn the sausages often to avoid burning.

Cooking Italian sausages in the oven is not only easy, but you only need to flip the sausages once and you'll get perfectly cooked sausages every single time.

This is perfect for cooking two sausages, but it's also great if you need to cook a few dozen. As long as you can leave some space between each sausage, you can cook as many as will fit on the pan.

Reasons why you'll love baking Italian Sausages:

  • Effortless Cooking: This recipe is incredibly simple, requiring minimal prep and cleanup, making it perfect for busy weeknights or when you want a no-fuss meal.
  • Versatile Dish: Baked Italian sausages can be paired with pasta, added to sandwiches, or served alongside roasted veggies for a variety of delicious meal options
  • .Flavorful and Juicy: Baking ensures the sausages remain moist and flavorful, with a golden, lightly caramelized exterior.

This is the same method I use when I cook breakfast sausage in the oven.
