Key ingredients
This section reviews the best ingredients and substitutions for this recipe. For an exact list of ingredients and quantities, check the recipe card below.
- Yogurt - I use Greek yogurt and my favorite flavor is honey vanilla. You can use plain vanilla or even berry-flavored yogurt.
- Granola - Use your favorite granola. When I have time, I love to use my homemade granola. Try to avoid granola with dried fruit. The textures of the dried fruit in this parfait make it difficult to eat.
- Berries - Use any fresh berries available. I like to use a combination of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries. Use them all or just a few!
- Nuts - Add a little extra crunch and protein with some sliced almonds or chopped pecans or walnuts.
- Honey - Drizzle a bit over the top for a little extra flavor and sweetness. The honey is totally optional.
