Barbecue Sauce in a glass jar with a green pastry brush.

Homemade BBQ sauce is perfect for all your outdoor barbecuing. Add to chicken, ribs or shredded pork.

I love when the weather finally gets warm enough to really barbecue outside.  Don't get me wrong....we use our gas grill outside all year long.  But during the warm days, I don't have to bundle up, dash outside and quickly tend to the meal.

Instead, I can linger, savor the smells, and check all my flowers growing on the deck.  To me nothing says summer quite like grilling and a great BBQ Sauce!  This is one you are going to love!

Homemade BBQ Sauce in a glass canning jar.

This sauce is perfect for chicken, ribs or one of my favorite non-grilled meals, pulled pork and used as a dipping sauce with these chicken tenders or chicken nuggets.

You'll also want to make oven baked BBQ chicken legs with this sauce.

I also have another great BBQ sauce - this Blackberry BBQ sauce!

I think that the BBQ sauce makes or breaks a meal. I LOVE that you can control what goes in and how it tastes! So smart!

I love that you grill year round! When we go to visit my mom, we like grilling there during the colder months. She has a gas grill on her front porch, so it's covered and (relatively) comfy. 🙂 But yeah, you're totally right-- grilling in warm weather is tops. I do love a good homemade bbq recipe, thanks for sharing!
