Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 English Muffin
  • 1 Sausage Patty cooked
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Toast English muffins.
  • Mix egg in a bowl with a fork until scrambled. Add a dash of salt and pepper.
  • Heat Saute pan on medium heat. Spray saute pan with a nonstick spray.
  • Add egg mixture. Use a spatula to shape egg into a small round patty. Flip egg, keeping egg in one whole piece.
  • Assemble sandwich by placing sausage, egg and cheese on bottom layer of English muffin. Place top half of muffin on top.
  • Eat right away, or wrap in foil to keep hot.
