English Muffin Breakfast Sandwich
Breakfast sandwich with eggs, cheese and sausage
Servings: 1 serving
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper
- 1 English Muffin
- 1 Sausage Patty cooked
- 1 slice cheddar cheese
Toast English muffins.
Mix egg in a bowl with a fork until scrambled. Add a dash of salt and pepper.
Heat Saute pan on medium heat. Spray saute pan with a nonstick spray.
Add egg mixture. Use a spatula to shape egg into a small round patty. Flip egg, keeping egg in one whole piece.
Assemble sandwich by placing sausage, egg and cheese on bottom layer of English muffin. Place top half of muffin on top.
Eat right away, or wrap in foil to keep hot.
