dried onion

beef bouillon granules

Instructions
Place everything together in a bowl and mix with a whisk or a spoon until well mixed.
Place in an airtight container and store at room temperature.
Notes
¼ cup of the mix equals one packet of store bought mix
Store in an airtight container with a lid at room temperature.
The dried onions take a bit longer to soften than store bought soup mix. Just allow for a bit of extra time when making dip or a cup of soup.
When using the mix, shake the jar or container before measuring. The contents do settle a bit so giving a little stir is a good idea.
This recipe yields approximately 1 ⅓ cups of mix.
