  • 2 Limes
  • 2 Tablespoons Hot Water
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 1/2 Cups Sparkling water
  • 2 Cups Ice
  1. Squeeze the lime juice into a large measuring cup.

  2. In a separate bowl, pour hot water and sugar. Mix until sugar is completely dissolved.

  3. Add sugar water to lemon juice.

  4. Add sparkling water and stir.

  5. Fill two glasses with ice.

  6. Pour mixture over ice.

  7. Garnish with additional lime wedges.
