Place in a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
Combine melted butter and Worcestershire sauce. Brush over the top of the rolls. Sprinkle with sesame seeds or poppy seeds.
¼ cup butter, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce , ½ teaspoon poppy seeds
Cover the sliders with foil and place in a preheated 350°F oven for 25 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking for another 5-10 minutes until the center of the sliders are hot and the cheese is melted.
Let rest for 2-3 minutes, then remove sliders from the pan and place on a large cutting board. Use a large chef's knife and cut through the seams of the rolls to cut into individual sliders. Serve hot or warm.
Notes
Keep the rolls connected when slicing and assembling. This makes layering easy and helps everything bake evenly.
Use thinly sliced turkey and cheese so the sliders heat through quickly and every bite has a good balance.
Use crispy bacon.
Don’t skip covering with foil for the first part of baking. It helps the cheese melt without over-browning the tops.
Add the butter topping just before baking so the rolls don’t become soggy while sitting.
Let the sliders rest for a few minutes after baking before cutting. This helps the cheese set slightly and makes it easier to separate.
Cut along the roll lines to quickly create neat, even sliders.
