A fruity cream cheese spread made with fresh strawberries. Perfect for spreading on bagels, toast or using as a fruit dip.

cream cheese
at room temperature

cup
chopped strawberries

tablespoon
sugar

Instructions
Cut cream cheese into chunks and place in a food processor along with sugar
8 ounces cream cheese,
1 tablespoon sugar
Process until smooth
Add chopped strawberries and process until fully pureed and mixed
1 cup chopped strawberries
Use a spatula to ensure all cream cheese is mixed well
Place in a bowl and serve or cover and refrigerate
Notes
Make certain your cream cheese is softened
Chop cream cheese into small chunks to make it easier mix in the food processor
For a smaller amount, use 4 ounces cream cheese and ½ cup of strawberries
Cover and refrigerate and use within 2 weeks
