Ingredients

all-purpose flour

baking powder

salt

granulated sugar

cinnamon

milk

eggs

tablespoons
melted butter
2

finely diced apples

cup
powdered sugar

Instructions
Mix flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and cinnamon together in a large bowl.
2 cups all-purpose flour,
3 teaspoons baking powder,
¼ teaspoon salt,
¼ cup granulated sugar,
1 teaspoon cinnamon
In a separate bowl, mix milk, eggs, butter. Add to dry ingredients, mix lightly.
¾ cup milk,
2 whole eggs,
2 tablespoons melted butter
Fold in apples.
2 cups finely diced apples
Use a small scooper to scoop out rounds balls and drop into heated oil. Cook 4-5 fritters at a time.
Fry in oil 350 degrees.
Cook 3-5 minutes per side until fritters are golden brown. Test one to make certain the fritter is cooked through.
Drain on a baking rack.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Notes
Makes approximately 36 fritters
These are best eaten while still warm.
