Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies
Double the chocolate cookies
Servings: 36 cookies
Break unsweetened chocolate into a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for one minute. Remove and stir. If not completely melted, microwave for an additional 30 seconds. Stir until melted and smooth. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, put softened butter and brown sugar. Mix until well incorporated.
Add eggs and mix.
Add vanilla and melted chocolate. Mix again.
Add flour and baking soda. Mix until combined.
Scoop onto an ungreased baking sheet.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 12 minutes.
Cool on a baking rack.
