Fresh Raspberries
any amount will work
Instructions
Do not wash berries.
Place berries in a single layer on a cookie sheet
Freeze until fully frozen.
Remove raspberries from baking sheet and place in a freezer-safe bag, a vacuum-sealed bag, or freezer-safe container.
Place in a deep freeze (without auto-defrost)
When needed, simply remove the amount needed and replace the bag back in the freezer
Notes
Use the amount of raspberries you have on hand.
Frozen raspberries are best used within one year.
