Ingredients

freshly squeezed grapefruit juice

cups
water

sugar
Instructions
Place sugar and water in a sauce pan. Heat over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Let cool.
Add juice and stir.
Cover and chill in refrigerator for at least one hour.
Add mixture to a frozen ice cream bowl.
Churn in an automatic ice cream make, following manufactures directions.
Remove from container into a freezer-safe bowl.
Cover and freeze for at least one hour or until firm.
Notes
Use freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
Allow mixture to chill before adding to ice cream maker
Make certain your ice cream bowl has been in the freezer for at least 12 hours prior to using
Sorbet is best if placed in the freezer for at least one hour after churning
