Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F
Place sausages on a baking sheet. I like to line my baking sheet with parchment paper for easier cleanup, but leaving it uncovered is fine too.
Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes, rotating the sausages once halfway through cooking time.
Check to make certain sausages are fully cooked through. Internal temperature should reach 160°F.
Serve hot.
Notes
Use parchment paper for easier cleanup.
Leave a bit of space between sausages.
Use links or patties.
If using patties and you are not using parchment paper, lightly spray the baking sheet with a nonstick spray before adding the patties.
Turn, rotate or flip the sausage partway through cook time.
Sausages are fully cooked when there is no longer pink inside or they reach 160°F.
Cooking time will vary depending on the size of your sausages, the amount of sausages you are cooking and your oven.
You can cook any amount of sausage as long as it fits on the pan.
