watermelon
cubed

blueberries

freshly squeezed lime juice

honey

fresh mint

Instructions
Combine lime juice, honey, and mint together. Stir until the honey has dissolved.

1 teaspoon fresh mint
Cut watermelon into bite-sized cubes and place in a bowl along with the blueberries.
8 cups watermelon,
1 cup blueberries
Pour dressing over the top of the fruit. Toss gently to coat.
Serve right away or cover and refrigerate. Toss gently before serving.
Notes
This salad is best served the same day it is made.
If making ahead of time, gently toss just before serving.
Cover and refrigerate any leftover salad.
