Frozen Corn Kernels

Can Black Beans
drained and rinsed
½
red bell pepper
chopped
1
bunch green onions
sliced or ½ red onion diced
¼
Cup
Mayonnaise
¼
Cup
Sour Cream
Lime zest from one lime
Lime juice from one lime

Tablespoon
minced jalapeno.
Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
Place corn, glack beans, bell pepper, and green onions in a large bowl.
2 Cups Frozen Corn Kernels,
1 Can Black Beans,
½ red bell pepper,
1 bunch green onions
In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lime zest, lime juice and jalapeno.
¼ Cup Mayonnaise,
¼ Cup Sour Cream,
Lime zest from one lime,
Lime juice from one lime,
1 Tablespoon minced jalapeno.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix dressing into salad bowl.
Stir gently.
Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
Notes
Add additional jalapeno if you like it spicier!
