Instructions
Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid.
Place lid on jar and shake vigourously.
Use right away, or refrigerate until needed.
Notes
Refrigerate the dressing and use it within two weeks.
Always shake it well before using it to redistribute the contents.
Store in the refrigerator and use within two weeks.
After refrigerating, remove for 5-10 minutes before using.
