  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 can chickpeas - 15.5 oz drained and rinsed
  • 2 medium heads garlic roasted
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/4 fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Add tahini to food processor. Puree until smooth.
  2. Add chickpeas, puree

  3. Add Olive Oil, lemon juice and garlic, puree
  4. Add 1/2 -1 teaspoon salt - start with 1/2, and taste before adding the whole teaspoon
  5. If hummus seems too stiff, you can add a bit more olive oil, or add a tablespoon of water.
  6. Drizzle olive oil on top before serving.
  7. Serve with fresh veggies or pita chips.
