Ingredients

croissants

eggs

slices
cheese
cheddar, Monterey Jack, Swiss

bacon or ham
cooked

tablespoons
butter
pinch
salt
pinch
pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Scramble eggs with a bit of salt and pepper.

pinch pepper
Cook eggs in a pan over medium-low heat with melted butter.

Slice croissants in half and place on a baking sheet. Place cooked scrambled eggs on top of the bottom half of each croissant.
4 croissants
Add your choice of meat on top of eggs.
8 slices bacon or ham
Add cheese and place top half on top of each sandwich.
4 slices cheese
Place baking sheet in oven for 5-10 until cheese is melted. Serve hot or at room temperature.
