Ingredients

tablespoons
salted butter

tablespoon
shallots
finely chopped or 1 clove garlic finely chopped

10 ounce bag
frozen peas
pinch
coarse salt

Instructions
Melt the butter in a skillet over low heat.
2 tablespoons salted butter
Add the shallots and cook for 2-3 minutes until the shallots begin to soften slightly.

Add the frozen peas. Stir to coat with the butter. Place a lid on the pan and cook over low for 3 minutes.
1 10 ounce bag frozen peas
Stir the peas. Place lid on pan and cook for another 3 minutes.
Test the peas. If they are done to your liking, remove from heat. I usually find I need another 2-3 minutes with the lid on.
Serve hot sprinkled with a bit of salt.
