  • 1 cup MinuteĀ® Ready to Serve Organic Red Quinoa and Brown Rice with Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Fresh peach chopped
  • 1/4 cup Chopped pecans
  • 2 whole Green onions chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1 Tablespoon White wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 1/8 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Pepper
  1. Remove plastic covering from quinoa and rice bowl. Microwave for one minute. Place quinoa and rice in a mixing bowl. Let rice mixture cool. 

  2. When rice mixture has cooled, add chopped peaches, pecans and green onions. Stir lightly to mix ingredients. 

  1. In a separate bowl, combine orange juice, vinegar, honey, red pepper flakes and salt and pepper.

  2. Pour dressing over rice mixture. Stir
