Baked donut with all the delicious flavors of apple cider
Place apple cider in a sauce pan. Simmer over medium heat until cider has reduced to 1/2 cup. Allow cider to cool.
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
In another bowl, combine apple cider oil, egg, milk and vanilla
Add liquid mixture to flour mixture and combine
Pour batter into a greased donut pan
Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 12-15 minutes
Remove from oven and allow donuts to cool for 5 minutes and remove from pan. Cool on a baking rack.
Combine sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg together
Roll each donut in sugar mixture
