BBQ Pulled Pork

Delicious BBQ Pork made in a crockpot or slow cooker. So easy and so tasty!

Pork Roast Beer or other liquid (apple juice) Salt and Pepper BBQ Sauce

Key Ingredients

Step 1

Add liquid to slow cooker. Place roast on top and season with salt and pepper. Cook on low for 7-8 hours.

Step 2

When meat is fork tender, remove from liquid and shred into pieces. Return to slow cooker.

Step 3

Add your favorite BBQ sauce and heat until heated all the way through.

Step 4

Add to buns for a sandwich. Can also be eaten on a baked potato or nachos!

Makes an easy main dish for a party, tailgate party or weeknight dinner.
