Roma Tomatoes

Pick vine ripened tomatoes

Step 1

Place on a baking sheet along with olive oil, fresh herbs and garlic.

Step 2

Roast in a low temperature oven for 2-3 hours.

Step 3

Add to salads, pastas or eat with goat cheese on crackers.

Place in a food processor and puree for a delicious sauce.

So much flavor!
