Instructions
Place all ingredients - except heavy cream - into a pot.
2 28 oz can Tomato Sauce,
2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste,
⅓ cup Brown Sugar,
1 teaspoon Salt,
¼ teaspoon Paprika,
⅛ teaspoon Garlic Powder,
⅛ teaspoon Onion Powder,
1 Bay Leaf
Heat over medium high heat until simmering.
Remove from heat. Remove bay leaf.
Add heavy cream, stir and serve.
