Blue Cheese Dressing

Homemade blue cheese salad dressing with chunks of blue cheese.

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice fresh squeezed
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese


  • In a food processor place mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper and worcestershire sauce. 
  • Puree until combined
  • Add 1/4 cup of blue cheese. Pulse until incorporated.
  • Remove dressing into a bowl. Add remaining 1/4 cup of blue cheese crumbles. Stir into dressing.
  • Cover and refrigerate until needed.


If dressing becomes too thick, thin with a small amount of milk.
