Roasted Asparagus
Oven roasted asparagus with grated Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients

pound
fresh asparagus
1
Tablespoon
olive oil
1
Tablespoon
grated Parmesan cheese
salt
pepper
Instructions
Trim woody ends from asparagus. Place on a baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil. Toss asparagus lightly so olive oil coats all pieces.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of asparagus.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place in a preheated 450° oven for 15 minutes.
Notes
Recipe Tips:
Omit parmesan cheese, if desired
Make certain oven is fully preheated to 450°
Serve right after baking while still hot
