Ingredients

Frozen Corn Kernels

Can Black Beans
drained and rinsed
½
red bell pepper
chopped
1
bunch green onions
sliced or ½ red onion diced

Mayonnaise
¼
Cup
Sour Cream
Lime zest from one lime
Lime juice from one lime

Tablespoon
minced jalapeno.
Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
Place corn through green onions in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lime zest, lime juice and jalapeno.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Mix dressing into salad bowl.
Stir gently.
Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
Notes
Can add additional jalapeno if you like it spicier!
