Baked Brie with Cranberries

Beautiful appetizer filled with brie and cranberry sauce

  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 1 8 oz brie
  • cup whole cranberry sauce excess juice drained off

Egg Wash

  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 Tablespoon water


  • Roll puff pastry out, thinning out just slightly.
  • Cut off corners so corners are rounded.
  • Place brie in center of pastry. Add cranberry sauce on top of brie.
  • Fold pastry up around brie.
  • Mix egg and water together in a small bowl.
  • Using a pastry brush, brush entire outside surface of brie with egg mixture.
  • Add decorative pieces of pastry, if desired.
  • Bake on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.


  • Best served warm.
  • Serve with crackers or bread slices.
