Baked Brie with Cranberries

puff pastry
thawed

ounces
brie
⅓
cup
whole cranberry sauce
excess juice drained off
Egg Wash

Instructions
Roll puff pastry out, thinning out just slightly.
1 sheet puff pastry
Cut off corners so corners are rounded.
Place brie in center of pastry. Add cranberry sauce on top of brie.
8 ounces brie,
⅓ cup whole cranberry sauce
Fold pastry up around brie.
Mix egg and water together in a small bowl.
1 whole egg,
1 Tablespoon water
Using a pastry brush, brush entire outside surface of brie with egg mixture.
Add decorative pieces of pastry, if desired.
Bake on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Notes
Drain any excess liquid from the cranberry sauce
Use an egg wash to help hold the puff pastry together
Bake brie on parchment paper
Serve baked brie while still warm
