Smoothie with Fruit and Veggies
Healthy fruit and veggie smoothie
Servings: 2 servings
- 1/2 cup unsweetened/plain greek yogurt
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
- 1 whole ripe banana
- 1 whole carrot washed and chopped into large
- 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1/4 cup water or juice
Place all items in a blender.
Blend until fully incorporated, stopping to stir or add more water or juice as needed.
Serve right away or cover and store in refrigerator.
Adjust the fruits and vegetables to what you like and what you have on hand.
You can also add 2-3 ice cubes to make slightly slushy.
