Ingredients

cups
flour

Tablespoon
baking powder

sugar

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
cardamom

whole
egg

vegetable oil

sour cream
½
teaspoon
vanilla

Tablespoons
milk or cream
2
cups
diced pears
Instructions
Mix dry ingredients together
2 cups flour,
1 Tablespoon baking powder,
½ cup sugar,
½ teaspoon salt,
½ teaspoon cardamom
Mix egg, oil, sour cream vanilla and milk together.
1 whole egg,
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil,
1 cup sour cream,
½ teaspoon vanilla,
3 Tablespoons milk or cream
Add to dry ingredients, stir until mixed
Fold in dice pears
2 cups diced pears
Scoop into paper lined muffin tins or spray with nonstick spray.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees
