Instructions
Place washed grapes in the top of a steam juicer. You do not need to remove stems.
Place water in bottom of steam juicer.
Steam grapes for 1.5 - 2 hours until juice stops flowing.
Place juice in canning jars and process with a hot water bath or freeze juice.
Mix with equal parts water and juice before drinking.Add sugar to taste if too tart.
Notes
Use the amount of grapes you have on hand.
Process filled canning jars in
hot water bath for amount of time
according to your elevation.
