Freezing Raspberries

Extend you summer harvest by freezing fresh berries.

Ingredients

  • 1 Fresh Organic Raspberries any amount will work

Instructions

  • Do not wash berries.
  • Place berries in a single layer on a cookie sheet
  • Freeze for 1-2 hours
  • Remove from sheet and place in a freezer zip bag or in a vacuum sealed bag
  • Place in a deep freeze (without auto defrost)
  • When needed, simply remove the amount needed and replace in freezer

Notes

Use the amount of raspberries you have on hand - from one cup to one gallon.
