Crush vanilla wafers in a food processor or in a plastic bag with a rolling pin
1 box vanilla wafers
Reserve one cup of crushed vanilla wafers. Add remaining to the bottom of an ungreased 9 x 11" casserole dish. Push crumbs down with hands or the bottom of a measuring cup.
In a bowl, whip cream to soft peaks, Add vanilla and sugar and stir to combine
2 cups heavy whipping cream, ½ teaspoon vanilla, 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
Fold mini marshmallows into whipping cream
2 cups mini marshmallows
Spread half of the whipped cream mixture over crushed cookie crumbs
Add half the blueberries and strawberries over the whipped cream
