Ingredients
4 ½
cups
mini marshmallows
3
Tablespoons
butter
6
cups
puffed rice cereal
1 ½
cups
mini malted robin eggs
Instructions
Lightly grease a 9 X 13 inch baking dish.
Melt butter and marshmallows in a large pot over medium heat. Stir mixture so it doesn't burn.
4 ½ cups mini marshmallows,
3 Tablespoons butter
When marshmallows are melted and creamy, pour in rice cereal and 1 cup of mini malted eggs. Stir gently until everything is covered.
6 cups puffed rice cereal,
1 ½ cups mini malted robin eggs
Immediately pour mixture into prepared dish. Gently distribute mixture so it evenly fills the pan.
Add remaining ½ of mini malted eggs.
Gently press mixture down so eggs stick to mixture.
Allow to fully cool, slice and enjoy.
Notes
Tips:
Be certain to stir marshmallows will they are melting. They burn easily.
Work quickly once you add the cereal. The mixture sets up quickly.
Use the back of a pancake spatula, lightly greased to gently push down mixture.
Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
