  • 1 cup water
  • 12 eggs

  • Place water in bottom of Instant Pot container.
  • Place rack on bottom of container. Carefully arrange eggs on rack.
  • Place lid on Instant Pot. Push Pressure Cook, low and set time for 5 minutes.
  • Instant Pot will begin heating up and will seal once it reaches pressures. Timer will begin once pressurized.  When time is up, allow pot to depressurize naturally. Remove lid carefully.

  • Select eggs of similar size. This isn't a problem if you are using store bought eggs, but our farm fresh eggs are all different sizes.
  • Make certain there aren't any cracks in eggs
  • Carefully arrange eggs on rack
Natural Release
  • Allow your pressure cooker to release naturally. Do not force the steam or pressure to be released. This will take 5-10 minutes.
Please use caution when opening your Instant Pot.
