  • 3 peaches
  • 1/2 jalapeno finely diced
  • 3 scallions chopped
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1/3 cup cilantro chopped
  1. Halve peaches and remove pit. Chop into small pieces. You do not need to remove skin. Add chopped peaches to a bowl.

  2. Add jalapeno, scallions, lime juice and cilantro.  Stir gently so all ingredients are well mixed. 

  3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
