vanilla yogurt

lemon zest

lemon juice

blueberries
Instructions
Place everything into a food processor.
Blend until well blended.
Pour into popsicle molds.
Freeze for at least 2 hours until frozen.
Notes
Tips:
Allow enough time for the popsicles to freeze. Time will vary depending on your freezer and the size of your molds.
Popsicle molds vary in size. This recipe used ¼ cup capacity molds. Double or triple this recipe as needed.
Don't overfill your molds. The filling does expand a bit as it freezes.
Excess filling can be eaten as a smoothie or refrigerated for later.
