Tart and refreshing grapefruit sorbet
Place sugar and water in a sauce pan. Heat over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Let cool.
Add juice and stir.
Cover and chill in refrigerator for at least one hour.
Add mixture to a frozen ice cream bowl.
Churn in an automatic ice cream make, following manufactures directions.
Remove from container into a freezer proof bowl.
Cover and freeze for at least one hour or until firm.
