Ingredients
  • 4 oz cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1 can can refried beans (16 oz) or 1 1/3 cups homemade refried beans
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1/4 cup roasted green chilies chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together except shredded cheese.
  2. Place in a baking dish sprayed lightly with a non-stick cooking spray
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly, approx. 25-30 minutes
Recipe Notes

A combination of cheddar and Monteray Jack cheese can be used.
