Ingredients

cup
milk
warmed
2 ¼
teaspoons
active dry yeast
1 packet
¼
cup
sugar
2
whole
eggs
¼
cup
butter
softened

teaspoon
salt

butter
melted

Tablespoon
cinnamon
¼
cup
sugar
Instructions
Pour milk, yeast and sugar in a bowl of a stand mixer.
Let stand for 5 minutes until yeast is bubbly.
Add butter, eggs, salt and 2 cups of flour. Mix
Continue adding flour one cup at a time until a soft dough is formed. You might not need all the flour.
Knead with mixer for 5 minutes.
Place in greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap sprayed lightly with non stick spray or a clean, dry dish towel.
Let rise until doubled - 1 - 1 ½ hours
Punch down dough and divide in half.
Roll out one half at a time. Roll each into a rectangular shape about 8 inches X 12 inches long.
In a small bowl, combine cinnamon and sugar.
Cover rolled dough with melted butter and half cinnamon sugar mixture.
Roll dough into a log, pinch seams together.
Place in a greased bread pan.
Cover and let rise for 30-45 minutes.
Bake in a preheated 375 F. oven for 35 minutes.
Let cool on a rack for 5 minutes. Remove bread from pan.
Continue cooling on rack before slicing.
