Ingredients
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Sherry
  • 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon minced fresh ginger
  • 1/4 cup water
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a sauce pan.
  2. Bring to a simmer.
  3. Turn off heat and let cool.
  4. Use or store in the refrigerator.
Recipe Notes

Use low sodium soy sauce to avoid overly salty taste.
If too salty, add an additional 1/4 cup of water.
