  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries lightly chopped
  • 1/2 cup pecans chopped
  • 2 cups cooked chicken cubed
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoon green onions sliced
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  1. Place cranberries, pecans and chicken in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar together.
  3. Add mayonnaise mixture and green onions to chicken mixture, stir lightly. 

  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
