Ingredients
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 whole ripe banana
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup blueberries
Topping
  • 1 cup pecans chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine sugar and butter.
  2. Add eggs and combine.
  3. Stir in sour cream and banana
  4. Mix in flour, baking soda, baking powder
  5. Add vanilla
  6. Gently fold in blueberries
  7. Add to a greased 9 inch square pan
Topping
  1. To make the topping mix sugar, cinnamon and oatmeal. Add melted butter and stir.
  2. Sprinkle topping over cake mixture.
  3. Bake at 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
