Ingredients
  • 4 cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 1/2 cups pecans chopped
  • 3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
Instructions
  1. Pour oats and pecans into a large bowl.
  2. In a smaller bowl, add oil and maple syrup.
  3. Microwave syrup mixture for 30-45 seconds, just until warmed.
  4. Pour syrup mixture over oats.
  5. Stir oats.
  6. Pour oats onto a large greased baking sheet.
  7. Bake at 300 degrees for 45-60 minutes stirring every 15 minutes.
