Cream Cheese Spread

cream cheese
at room temperature

tablespoons
white wine vinegar

teaspoon
Italian seasoning

roasted red peppers

sun dried tomatoes

wraps or large tortillas

provolone cheese

slices
deli turkey

salami

pepperoncini

Instructions
Mix softened cream cheese with a mixer until smooth and creamy
8 ounces cream cheese
Add vinegar and herbs and mix well
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar,
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
Fold in chopped roasted peppers and sundried tomatoes
¼ cup roasted red peppers,
2 teaspoons sun dried tomatoes
Spread about ¼ of the cream cheese mixture over the top of a tortilla or wrap
4 wraps or large tortillas
Add cheese, turkey, salami, and pepperoni down the center
8 slices provolone cheese,
8 slices deli turkey,
16 slices salami,
20 slices pepperoni
Top with pepperoncinis and lettuce
½ cup pepperoncini,
4 lettuce leaves
Roll up and place seam side down. Trim off ends and slice into 1 inch pieces.
Serve right away or cover and refrigerate
Notes
Start with room temperature cream cheese
The cream cheese mixture can be made ahead of time and then refrigerated until ready to use. Allow mixture to soften before spreading onto tortillas.
These pinwheels are versatile and you can add or omit any ingredient
If adding something very wet or juicy like tomatoes, eat the pinwheels right away or they will become soggy.
If making ahead of time, wrap the uncut pinwheel tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to eat. Then slice and serve.
To help prevent the pinwheels from unrolling, place the cut ends next to another pinwheel.
Prepared pinwheels are best eaten within 2-3 days
