This recipe yields about ½ cup
Use fresh dried herbs. The herbs should smell strong and have a deep color.
Store the mixture in an airtight container at room temperature
Stir mixture before using to make certain everything is well distributed
To make it into a powder:
Add all ingredients to a food processor
Pulse until all the herbs are finely ground
Suggestions for use:
Add to any chicken, turkey or duck recipe like with these oven-baked chicken thighs. Just omit the herbs in the recipe and use this poultry seasoning instead.
