Ingredients
Dough

mozzarella cheese
cut into ½" cubes

Instructions
Dough
Measure water into mixing bowl and sprinkle yeast over water. Add honey and stir. Let rest for 10 minutes until mixture becomes bubbly.
1 ½ cups warm water,
2 ¼ teaspoons yeast,
1 Tablespoon honey
Add Olive Oil, Salt, and one Cup of Flour. Mix until incorporated
¼ cup olive oil,
½ teaspoon salt,
3 ½ - 4 cups flour
Continue adding flour 1 Cup at a time. You might not add all the flour. With the last cup begin adding ¼ cup at a time.
Knead for 10 minutes
Move dough to a large bowl that has been lightly covered with olive oil. Cover with plastic wrap.
Let rise until doubled
Punch down down gently.
Filling and Assembly
Melt butter in a small sauce pan. Add minced garlic and Italian seasonings. Let simmer 1-2 minutes on a very low heat. Remove from heat and set aside.
½ cup butter,
2 cloves garlic,
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Divide the dough into 32 pieces. Form each piece into a rough ball.
Flatten each ball
Add a small piece of cheese
4 ounces mozzarella cheese
Fold up dough around cheese, sealing all seams of dough
Roll each sealed piece of dough into melted garlic butter
Layer each piece of dough into a greased bundt pan
Sprinkle each layer with Parmesan cheese
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
Allow bread to rise
Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 35-40 minutes
Allow to cool for 10 minutes, invert bundt pan to remove bread
Notes
Tips
Water should be between 105-110° in order to activate yeast
Rise time will vary depending on temperature in your kitchen
Be certain oven is fully preheated prior to baking
