  • 4 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup cooked chicken chopped
  • 1/4 cup creamy caesar dressing
  • 2 Tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 4 flour tortillas 10 inch
  • 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise optional
  1. Place romaine, chicken, dressing and cheese in a large bowl.

  2. Toss lightly until all lettuce is coated with dressing.

  3. Spread mayonnaise on one side of tortillas (optional)

  4. Place 1/4 of mixture on a tortilla. Roll up tortilla and then cut in half.
